The sun and the moon and the sheer magical power of being a woman.
I am a firm believer in the power of women. Beyond just believing, I used to use it in my own life and watch as it affected my life and those around me. However, today many of us have no idea of what I am talking about. A few might even think I am crazy – which of course, is their choice. Despite this, I would like to offer you the chance to open your mind and read this article if you are interested in the power of women. You may react with anger and dismissiveness, but please keep in mind that 99% of the cases where negative reactions are achieved is due to the fact that a nerve has been struck.
So, the question on everybody’s mind, what is a female’s power?
Well, a female’s power is the ability to create. It is the ability to fulfill all of one’s desires. The ability to influence life and loved ones by spreading deep calmness, trust, and love. It is the ability to serve without expectations. Don’t confuse service with being subservient. What I am referring to here is serving out of love and compassion, not because it is expected or demanded of you. Additionally, it is the ability to create a space for a family to grow internally and externally. It is the ability to recognize when she needs to help her husband and allow him his “days off with the guys” or his “silent retreat at home watching sports”. It is the ability to recognize when she needs to stand up for her child when a child gets punished at school, and when to leave it be.
When a woman is able to do all the things mentioned above naturally, that in itself is her power.
She creates a space for love, life, and happiness. We often put expectations on the idea of women and what they are meant to accomplish in life. Why do we put these expectations on women? Because it boosts our ego, it fuels our desire to be needed. It allows us to feel superior to men. I have been adamant about the fact that none of this helps in creating a loving family environment. When allowing a woman’s true self to be present, she is able to accomplish anything while simultaneously maintaining a positive attitude and light. Petty fights are a thing of the past and the relationship is calm as she has respect for herself and has no desire to prove anything to anybody.
Unfortunately, Western society is obsessed with achievements, monetary value, and material success. We often times neglect things such as humanity, quality of character as well as nature. In India, women are never bothered to compete with men – do you know why? It is due to the fact that they have grown up in a society that pushes the idea that women have superior power and don’t need to compete. It does not mean that the women in India do not respect their men, they do, but are also aware of their own magic and are often times happy and healthy.
Women are all mystique creates, but are not aware of it. Moreover, if we are told that we have magic or power, it is often dismissed. As a result of the culture, we are surrounded by, women are more often angry.
Women are hostile to men and to each other without even realizing it, turning them into an aggressive competitive creature. Something that was not intended for them by nature.
Why do you think the moon is categorized as feminine in many cultures? Because it has female energy. Look at it. It changes, it grows, it disappears. It brings calmness as we sit under it looking on to the horizon. It gives us romantic feelings, while simultaneously holding a certain amount of mystery. Sound familiar? Those are all qualities of a woman.
Interestingly enough we all want to know the “magic secret” to happiness but I can tell you it is very simple. The moon does what it wants based on its natural properties just as the Sun shines for us no matter the day. The moon and the sun both do their respective roles day in and day out. Just as the moon and sun have their natural properties, we too as natural beings have natural properties. If we were just able to embrace this idea and live our lives according to our nature, things would be a lot more simple. The moon has no desire to be the sun and the sun no desire to be the moon. They co-exist in perfect harmony – each with their own roles.
To me, it seems so simple to allow our innate natures guide us; yet we manage to complicate things and suffer as a result.
The universe wants us to succeed and love each other. It wants us to be happy. It wants us to be in tune with nature and ourselves. It is a hard concept to digest and a harder concept to accept. I am not asking for a drastic change in an entire society overnight, but what I am asking is for each of you to think about what I have said. It is the essential truth that we all need to strive to reach. We need to come back to our own nature, trigger our magic and finally be happy and fulfilled.
